For additional water quality or operational clarification, please contact the District Office at (760) 728-1178. We want our valued customers to be informed about their water utility. If you want to learn more, you are invited to attend any of our regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings which are held every fourth Tuesday of the month with the exception of November and December which will be combined and held the first Tuesday in December. The meetings are held at 11:00 a.m. with the exception of months March, June, September, and December which will be held at 5:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the District headquarters located at 3707 Old Highway 395, Fallbrook, CA 92028.
